NGP & Roxburghe

I parked in a NGP car park twice without realising there was any time limit in place. I overstayed on both occasions and therefore recieved two letters.
I have ignored four letters from them. (two per offence)
I have now recieved two letters from Roxburghe regarding both offences. I have not engaged in any contact with either company.
What is the best thing for me to do?

You should have appealed but you have missed the boat. In 2013 we do NOT advise ignoring a fake PCN and in England/Wales we know how to win the appeal. Too late now though unless you are still within 28 days of the first letter.
If you are beyond 28 days of the first letter, you should now just search the forum for Roxburghe as their letters are discussed and laughed at, often! You will normally be advised to ignore debt collector letters but a different tactic is currently being discussed here:

Please don't ONLY read that thread, that's just a start! Now read several results when you search the forum for Roxburghe (exact spelling and capital letter of course).
What you don't do is pay!
What you could do is complain assertively to the landowner (particularly if a retail car park). If so then read the top sticky thread 'Successful complaints about PPCs' near the top of this forum as well, and get yourself back there armed with the offending letters (and any shop receipts from the site) and see the Store Managers in person to complain.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for your reply.
The site in which I parked has a casino there of which I am a member of, however on these two occasions I wasn't visiting the casino.
I am thinking of ringing Roxburghe and saying I was using the casino on these two occasions, do you think they would accept this?0 -
Roxy won't care. It is the CASINO you should be contacting, to get THEM to get the charge cancelled by the PPC. If the Casino isn't the landowner, they should be able to tell you who is (or who is the managing agent).0

LOL!!!!!!!!! No, you are NOT! :rotfl:
Google them if you didn't understand the advice given, or as I already said, 'search this forum' using the link of that name above the threads on page one. I thought this explained clearly:Coupon-mad wrote: »You should now just search the forum for Roxburghe as their letters are discussed and laughed at, often!

In your case you COMPLAIN ASSERTIVELY to the Casino Management or Leisure Complex Site Management. Of course. Who wouldn't? This is harassment.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
