7. PRIZE: There is one prize to be won. The prize is a trip for the winner and one companion (who must be aged 18 or over) to Sydney, Australia. The prize consists of
a. return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) for the winner and their companion from their nearest capital city being
i. London (for winner from England, Scotland and Wales);
ii. Dublin (winner from ROI and Northern island winner);
iii. Frankfurt (for winner from Germany);
iv. Amsterdam ( for winner from Netherlands);
v. Brussels (for winner from Belgium);
vi. Stockholm (for winner from Sweden);
vii. Helsinki (for winner from Finland);
viii. Oslo (for winner from Norway); and
ix. Copenhagen (for winner from Denmark).
If the winner is not a resident of any of their nearest capital city, the prize will not include airfares for the winner and their companion from the winner’s location to their nearest capital city.
b. 9-nights luxury accommodation at The Kirketon Hotel in Sydney for the winner and their companion;
c. a trip to the stunning wineries in Hunter Valley for the winner and their companion with 1 night accommodation at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley; and
d. an incredible seaplane flight over Sydney for the winner and their companion.
8. All other costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to any additional transfer costs, spending money, meals, insurance and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner and his/her companion, as incurred. The winner and their companion must depart and return at the same time. The prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the prize supplier/s. The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary documents to travel to Sydney, Australia, including a current passport with a minimum of 6 months validity, with at least 2 unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable).
9. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The holiday prize is as stated and subject to availability. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, it reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value. If for any reason the winner or their companion does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If the prize or any element of the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for the prize or element of the prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promote.

10. DISCOUNT VOUCHERS: The first 100,000 entrants from the UK and the first 10,000 entrants from ROI are also eligible to receive a discount voucher which provides a discount of:
a. £1 in the UK; or
b. €1 in ROI;
off your next bottle of Lindeman’s Bins at a participating retailer.
11. Once you have typed in and submitted all the required information as set out above at paragraph 4, your entry will be put into the draw. Participants from both the UK and ROI will then be able to click on a link whereby they can fill out further details to download their £1/€1 voucher off their next purchase of any 750ml bottle of Lindeman’s Bins. Once printed, the voucher will be valid until 31.12.13 If UK or ROI entrants are not one of the first 100,000 or 10,000 entrants respectively from their regions, they will not receive a discount voucher.
12. Each voucher will have a separate unique code. Only valid codes will be accepted. Other references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any vouchers that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to technical errors, or for any other reason beyond its control.
13. Germany, Finland, Norway and Sweden entrants can only enter for the holiday prize to win a trip to Sydney; they are not eligible to receive a €1 discount off their next purchase of Lindemans Bin wines.

15. Discount Coupon and refund conditions:

The Discount Coupon entitles you to £1.00 (UK)/ €1.00 (ROI) off your next purchase of any 750ml bottle of Lindeman’s Bins and is valid only at participating stores between 18/10/13 – 31/12/13 while stocks of Lindeman’s Bins wines are available. Vouchers that have been defaced, amended, photocopied or past their use by date are not valid. Offer available to UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over. Claimants may be required to show proof of age. Only original vouchers will be accepted. Voucher can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. One discount valid per transaction. The voucher is not transferable or redeemable for cash nor can any change be given.
Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Finland and Norway:
The discount coupon is not available to residents of Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Finland or Norway.
