I have given 4 weeks notice to my current employer and the owner has now taken me off the rota for what would of been my last week's notice as I have been replaced. can they do this

Are you contracted to a certain amount of hours? If so then you should be paid for these.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0
