    Hi uther,

You can ring the company and quote your case reference and the O.R's office that's dealing with your affairs or just pass the letter on to your O.R and they'll do it. Depends whether you feel like bashing your head against a brick wall by ringing the company direct :wall:

Thanks Richard.Think I'll just send it to the OR.One of the reasons I went Br was to stop all this sort of rubbish.Funny that the Natwest CC is my smallest debt (by a long way) yet they send me the most letters!

    Hi uther,

Some of these companies can be a right pain in the butt. I think they rely on some people paying them when they really shouldn't or don't have to; good old bully boy techniques.

I've got a company chasing me for approx £700 and they think they're being really clever by turning a Ltd Co. debt into a personal one. I'm sure they're going to issue a County Court Summons against me and if/when they do, I'm going to file a counter claim for my costs of corresponding with them and an amount for compensating me for their harrassment. The debt falls into our bankruptcy so I've got nothing to lose and if the Judge rules for my counter claim I'll put it towards a holiday. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

HSBC passed my debt to their INTERNAL DCA - Midland Collection Services - after they were informed, by me, of my BR.
It took about 3 months for the calls and letters to stop - even after I had been assured, by HSBC, that I would receive no further communications from MCS.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
