Unfair Mobile Charges..

Hi there, im writing to see if anyone can offer advice, over a year ago..maybe even nearly 1.5 years, i cancelled a mobile phone contract with o2, about 6 months later i was issued a letter to say i owed 500+ on this account! I rang several times to explain i cancelled my contract and do not even have an active phone with them! A ywar later i get a letter from a debt collector "lowell finance" saying i owe this money! I rang them explained, had a letter from them saying it was all sorted and a few weeks later had 250 refunded from o2 into my account!! Didnt say anything just got on with it....this was in august! Today i had a letter from lowell saying i was not meant to be refuned and now owe 250pounds to o2! Where do i satnd here? Ecause these companies dont listen to me!

    Contact O2 in writing, explaining everything and ask them what's going on.
    Tell Lowells you are dealing with O2 for the moment.
