bonus while in maternity

I am due to go on maternity 3 months before our annual bonus is due to be paud. Am I still entitled to receive it as I wont technucally be working there.?
Was known as Bergaspeed but forgot my password, so had to re-register.:doh:

If it's a bonus you would have received while working. As in its in your contract or everyone else still gets it then you will still receive it. Just because you are on Maternity leave does not mean you don't work there anymore.
I accepted redundancy while on Mat leave in the Oct. in the following April I was sent a cheque for my share of the bonus which was for the April to Oct even tho I was on Maternity leave at the time and never returned.0
