Just wondering if anyone has followed this diet?
A couple of people I know have done well with this diet, but I'm finding it a struggle due to being a veggie. It's also been a long time since I actually cooked anything from scratch, so that isn't helping either lol.
If anyone has followed this diet, it would be good to hear your veggie meal ideas.

I don't follow diets but as a v lazy vegetarian and OS money saver I always have a freezer full of soups and curries that I can transfer to the fridge in the morning, ready to heat if I fancy it in the evening. Although more often than not, I prefer to eat at lunchtime and give dinner a miss.
