hi can anyone help my mum has passed away, I need to pay bills from her bank account can I do this while I am bankrupt? there is no vast amount of money, just enough to cover bills

I don't think your bankruptcy has anything to do with whether you can access your Mum's bank account. Undischarged bankrupts aren't prevented from acting as executors of a will (source.
Whether you can pay the bills from your mum's bank account funds (and whether you can, or should, pay them at all) is a bit more complicated. Did your mum leave a will?

hi annisele mum did leave a will,but the are no assets or money she just had enough to pay any costs that may come up0
