I use a company called Born Gifted for childrens gifts, you can filter results by price/age etc and they are very competitive with free delivery.

What about the website which was called Presents for Men and has been renamed recently Quirkity
They have some very unusual items but sadly not in the budget category..... oh but I see a sale at the moment, so items from £1 (but there is a P&P charge)
