I also got the blank page, but have just gone to my emails and found one from them that says "Hi, We really appreciate your subscribing to the Hampers & Co, newsletters and flyers.
You'll receive exclusive special offers and competitions in our Newsletters. Thanks - Emer, Managing Director"

So I'm sure the subscription requests are getting through

people have queried this on their FB page and they say it's a technical glitch so just to go direct to the website and subscribe from there (as above).
