Just had my 30 day ban lifted from Facebook, they thought I was a spammer, it lasted for an hour and they have banned me for another 30 days. So annoyed :mad::mad::mad:

I agree - after a ban you have to tread very carefully! :eek:

I got a ban a few years ago - a 60 day ban and when I got back in I think I entered only 2 or 3 L&S a day - and spread them out - for the first few weeks! I still spread out my FB comping throughout the day now and I am very choosy with the L&S comps I enter. Facebook are b*****ds and once you are banned there is no appealing! :eek:

I am not being brutal - just honest! I agree that FB rules stink and often it is the innocent who get the bans and the real spammers get away with it - but you are responsible for your own account and if your L&S x 20 in an hour - the odds are you will get a ban!

I only do about 20 on fb a week!

Is there any other activity on your fb?
If you only do comps you'll get banned quicker I'm sure.

It's odd who gets banned - I have a friend who must enter thirty or forty like & shares a day & she hasn't been banned ( I would notice)

I agree - I also have a friend who likes and shares anything going (and some horrible prizes too :rotfl: - infact I'm sure she shared a cabbage once! ) and she has NEVER been banned! :eek: I honestly think Facebook just randomly do lucky dips! Just like traffic control officers play pool!

What irks me is that people who "like and share" too much content get banned, yet there are sick trolls and multiple account holders who seem to be on there no matter how many times they are reported.

Also the only person who people are spamming is their friends, if their friends don't like it then they can unfriend, tick the box so a particular person doesn't see the other persons shares, block etc so I don't "get it". People should be able to as active or inactive as they like IMO, people have a choice not to see it, no one is being forced into viewing what you share.
