I'm just highlighting this in case you missed their email like I did.
I didnt realise that if you have a Premium account, they now deduct the annual fee from Clicksnap cashback and also mobile check ins.
You can downgrade your account to a basic account but only on the annual anniversary
Both myself and my husband have Quidco accounts. The one we use a lot for insurances etc we kept at Premium and as we only use the other for clicksnap and mobile check ins I just never bothered downgrading it as we they wouldn't incur the fee...until now. I logged in yesterday to find that my clicksnap cashback had been reduced by £5.
I found this quote from Quidco buried in another thread:-

We do now retain ClickSnap and Check-ins towards the annual retention fee.
This was intorduced in April, following the introduction of our Basic account. This change was documented with an email sent to all members and in the updated Terms and Conditions.
This means that members can get there retention fee paid off quicker and then they can enjoy recieving the rest of their cashback.
If you do wish to downgrade, then I would get in touch with our amazing customer support as there may be something that they could do to assist you.
I do hope this has helped
Thanks
Anna
