Glitch on Tassimo Discs at Morrisons

Went in to my local morrisons tonight to see if they had a better selection than was left today - they had absolutely no offer labels on at all so at first thought maybe the shop wasn't included in the promotion.

Think because of this I was quite lucky that people haven't caught on so a lot of the good ones (for me the costa cappucinos and cadburys hot choc) were still there. Managed to get a full box (6 packs) of cadburys hot choc and a few cappucinos as well.

So chuffed - dolce gusto up and running for the first night and very impressed. Need to get used to how to fill it how much I need for ucp size though.

Less usual Discount - (6.54)
Less Glitch - (5.40)

PAID £12.60 :eek:

Looks like they are taking off £1.99 off each pack instead of 1.29p / 99p to bring it down to £3 a pack (2 for £6)
Noire latte is ususally 4.49

Just bought 2 packs costa latte and 2 packs costa latte caramel and a box of tea (not on offer obviously) for £11:21 from MK. So the glitch is still there.

last night around 8.30 i bought a costa latte and a costa caramel latte but it came to £6 ...am i doing something wrong?? i did use the self service tills if that has anything to do with it .

No you didn't do anything wrong - you just chose the drinks which are not actually glitching.

The price of the drinks will vary depending on which you buy.

The most expensive drinks (eg Costa Latte at £4.99 each) will work out to be 2 for £6, which is what the current offer is supposed to be as the promo works correctly on the £4.99 drinks. When you buy 2 they deduct £3.98 off the total to bring the price down to £6 for 2.

BUT....(and this is the glitch part of this promotion)....they're also taking £3.98 off when you buy any 2 of the cheaper drinks, so the cheaper the drinks, the bigger the saving on every 2 that you buy.

Basically you get a better rate of discount if you buy the cheaper drinks but getting 2 Costa Lattes for £6 is still a good price.

My mum picked some up for me yesterday as I don't live near a Morrisons. Managed to get 6 boxes of Carte Noire for £1.90 each. There were only two on the shelves but my Mum asked if they had any back and the shop assistant found another 4.

Just been to my local store to buy Costa Latte but none in stock
Decided to buy carte noire cappuccino instead to take full advantage of the glitch.....
And full advantage I took and more!!!
Almost fainted when the checkout operator told me how much I had to pay!!!


4 carte noire @3.98 each. 15.56
1 muller corner @1.82
1 clotted cream @1.97
Total 19.35

2 tassimo offer -7.96 (correct!)
2 tass offer -5.16 (!!!!!!!)

Balance due 6.23!!!!!

Almost fainted before handing over 6 pounds and 23 pence before skipping out of the shop!!!
Not sure if this works for all tassimo or only the glitchy ones and also not sure if store specific.

On my phone now so can't add photo evidence but will upload receipt when I get home.
