Good evening
I was just wondering if it is still possible to claim on our old mortgage? Our home was repossessed back in 2009 and we were slammed with ridiculous charges the mortgage was with GMAC rfc....are we too late?
Many thanks

To be honest without digging out all the paperwork I couldn't say I just stumbled across something saying that they were fined back in 2009 by the FSA for mistreating customers in arrears we were paying extra each month to clear the arrers but were still charging us late fees... Was just enquiring if its worth looking t and possibly reclaiming
Many thanks0 -
