Looking for a intrest only mortgage

in the new year I will be looking for a interest only mortgage, I will be looking to borrow around 100k Im aged 55 ,wheres the best place for me to look ?

  • purchase,180k 200k , with a lump some of 100k from work when I can retire in 3 years time if need be ,but looking to pay it off in 10 years time ,plus I also have some savings ............

    If you are borrowing less than 50%, and putting down at least £100k, Santander should be able to consider it, as long as you can satisfy the rest of their lending criteria.
