Free Postcode Lottery launch their own survey panel

I can't work out if this is a good thing or not.
The Free Postcode Lottery has launched a survey panel ran through Cint (the same company who does crowdology and other various panels).
I guess the FPL are supplying a member base to Cint for the surveys.
No mention of reward levels or how it gets paid out
Normally £4 to paypal
I don't know if people have to join the FPL and then get access to join the Survey section or not
Update - reward is £8 paypal
