Hope this is the right place , and could'nt find anything like this so .

How do you know if you have a hacker using your network, the reason I ask if your comp is running slow and your on broadband and obviously it runs faster normally. :-/

Sorry not quite so good at explaining some techie things, but hopefully you might be able to throw some light on this. ::)

Also there are times when the, is it the processor sounds like its doing loads of work and your not doing anything and you think why does it sound so active ???

Hi aussielle.

I use Zone Alarm,a2Checker,Search & Destroy and Giant and Adaware. Oh and AVG.

So well covered

Only had problem since I put SP2 on but its not causing any other problems ???

I take it you've run those above and not detected anything?

You could try using the free panda scan, see if that picks anything up.

Maybe like you say, it's something to do with SP2, in which case someone else will offer to help.

Theres your problem! SP2! Loads of people are having problems with it! Most end up removing SP2! Up to you though!
