Pumpkin Patch Sale and online clearance

Just received mine and I'm quite disappointed

My order is missing one item, another item has the ears sewn on backwards and is faded in colour as if it's been hanging round for ages.
The other stuff is ok, although a bit on the thin side IMO (pramsuit and blanket) considering what they were originally charging for it.
I've emailed Customer Services so will see what they say.
Does anyone have any experience with their CS and what to expect?Married 23/03/13 :heart2:

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing delays with Pumpkin Patch but I ordered on 21/11 and last week emailed them as I'd not had dispatch confirmation. They said it hadn't yet been dispatched due to a huge backlog of orders and that they didn't take the money until dispatch. The money HAS been taken though.
Another week and still nothing so I went to their facebook. It seems I'm not alone; they have massive issues and a lot of unhappy customers here in the UK.
Customer Services seem to not be replying to people or answering phones.
Maybe think carefully before you order anything from them, particularly if you were wanting it for Christmas or New Year under their promise of speedy dispatch.0 -
I agree, I did get my delivery quickly, however returned allot of my items back. They didn't put my return back on my card. I emailed them on Thursday, no reply and nay on sat did I see a retun on my card. Very odd, a big company like them not evening acknowledging my email. Lucky I did get my refund.0

I made 3 orders and they have now all arrived. All orders were made on 19th Nov and i think the last package arrived on Friday (6th). I'm really happy with all of mine, considering the price that i paid for it.
If you're missing orders then i did notice that there was a link where you can track your order in the dispatch email (altho if you've not received this email then i guess that doesnt help!) I suspect one of my packages got held up at customs as it looked quite battered when it arrived and had been taped up by the courier company,
If you're trying to call them then its worth remembering that their office hours are 7pm to 7am UK time (i.e over night) as i think they are based in New Zealand.
HTH and that those who are missing orders have them arrive soon.0 -
Can I just add mention (to even out the experiences people have had) that I've ordered about a dozen times with Pumpkin Patch over the last 2 - 3 years, and I've been really pleased each time. Everything's appeared on time, and been good quality for the price. Sorry to hear the bad experiences noted here - hope things pick up soon, I'm quite fond of Pumpkin Patch for my little ones! xxx0

Oh aye teaandoranges, I have to agree that they're usually brilliant, I've also used them extensively since my daughter was born.
The warning was with respect to their current crisis
Basically, they're swamped with orders (I think it might be from their 50% off orders, but I placed my order before that). A quick scan of their facebook page (which was the only way I found out) showed a lot of customers are in the same boat and complaining; and an explanation and apology from Patch has only been forthcoming from Facebook, they aren't even responding to emails from grumpy customers. Customers are in the dark about whether they'll even get their orders dispatched, some are mentioning getting a chargeback on facebook.
Unfortunately they don't warn of possible delays in orders placed on their website which is naughty if they want to keep customers happy.
So, it was to highlight that now is really not a good time to order from them, and who knows how long this will go on for. Keep eyes peeled on FB I guess.0 -
I ordered mine when everything was £10 or less on the site and it arrived today, I checked the tracking online and was a surprised that it came all the way from New Zealand. The items are brilliant quality.0

Not sure if I'm quick off the mark or slow and someone else has posted but just in case I'm posting.
Charlie and Me have a sale on where nothing is over £7.00. Lovely! Just ordered some items for a potential holiday in Summer 2014 :j

There's also a code valid at the minute that offers a further 20% off and free PP! I'll post that over on the codes if anyone needs it.
