Calling any ITV winners!

Hi guys!

So today as I was entering the Dickies Real deal itv comp....I got lost in a wonderland imagining what I would do if I won!! Which was from receiving the call to what I would spend my *millions* on! Lol!

Which brings me to this question..... what actually happens on a winning telephone call? What do they say to you?! Do you have to answer any questions? I thought of this today that if i won, and they asked me like what the question was or when I entered I wouldn't have a clue! I reckon I'd be on the floor as soon as I heard 'ITV'!!

They don't ask you the question again, they will ask questions to check your eligibility* then confirm you have won.

*your age (over 18), confirmation that you entered the comp and that you or any close relatives don't work for itv.

But they also ask you exactly the same questions even if all you've won is a runner's up prize of a CD as I found out

also rang a couple of weeks later to confirm I had received the prize and I got all excited again, thinking it was another win (greedy I know):rotfl:

Another thing I wonder (sorry to hijack thread lol) is do the winners enter with a mobile or landline or both. Also do you enter postcode in the box or leave it blank?

Doesn't matter what you enter with or how many times you enter within the rules, every entry has exactly the same chance of winning and people have won with landline and mobile, postcode is optional and it makes no difference if you enter it or not.

Also...i was wondering do they call from a blocked number or will the number be available? And if you don't answer do they leave a message?

Only question i was asked was what my postcode was because i fill that part out on the form. Kinda of double checking its me I suppose. The number they call from isn't blocked but they don't leave a message if they call. They just try again later.

It could happen any day hun. I thought was impossible and won £5000 with real deal. Keep the faith Some have won 2 or three times.
