Got back yesterday from holiday & had bought a dress on my credit card & it's ten times the amount i had agreed to pay!, I had verbally agreed the price repeatedly with the sales people as i had alterations done & wanted to know how much more it would be.
I still had the reciept & will gladly post the dress straight back there if they would refund me, but have e-mail'd them & no responce, just don't know what if anything i can do?

If you have a recipt for the originally agreed amount - contact your creditcard company and raise a chargeback. They will do the rest.0
