Lunchbox ideas - Chicken Nuggets or other ideas?

Hello....
I'm not sure if this is the right forum but it mentioned food :-)
I really need some new lunchbox ideas for myself as I'm not keen keen bread and have been making ham salads recently, but want to liven things up a bit!
I wondered if I could cook frozen (or fresh) chicken nuggets / strips the night before and then take them to work the next day? They would be refridgerated at work but wasn't sure if this was safe with chicken :-)
I could then keep some dips at work, salsa etc., to liven things up and stop me resorting to sandwiches!
Alternatively any other ideas would be great!

they will be fine refrigerated as you can buy chicken like this from supermarket. How about putting them in tortilla wraps with your dips spread on or serve ontop of nachos?
I do soup in colder weather or ratatouille with cous cous is a warming one too. You don't mention i you have facility to warm food though so maybe cold things are what you are after? Samosas, scotch eggs, pork pies, Hummus and crudites, cold pizza, cheese and biscuits, pasta or rice salad, chicken drumsticks, chicken satay, sausage roll0 -
If you they have a microwave you take do a jacket spud with baked beans or whatever. You can buy a food flask for soup. Or maybe one of those insulated dishes with a lid, you could put in spag bol or lasagne etc which would keep food hot until lunch time.0

Sorry forgot to mention that we do have microwaves at work, although they are very popular so I tend to stick to cold dishes that I can snack at easily
Excellent idea on tortilla wraps....I think they would be yummy with chicken strips, lettuce and salsa!
Chicken Satay and drumsticks are also a good idea too....I don't like cold pasta or cold pizza so there a no go, but you've given me some great ideas to go on thank you!0 -

Didn't think about having 'smaller portions' of what I consider main meals, i.e. spag bol, but that's an excellent idea especially with winter being here and wanting something hot on occasion (especially the days the heating isn't working quite so well) and like the idea of those insulated dishes, as my per my post above the microwaves are very popular in my office...Thank you!0
