Hi there,
I started a new job about 3 months ago, it was more money than my previous one- I would be able to pay off more debt! Yippee :j I was set to be debt-free by October 2014.
But not long after starting my new job, my boss told me she was restructuring the company and the was no longer any need for me and the another new team member....
I've already had 3 job interviews but although I received positive feedback, I was selected for any of them. Today I signed on for JSA. I am thinking of maybe touting for freelance work as well as continuing to apply for jobs.
I was wondering if anyone else had been in this situation? How did your creditors react (I'm worried that they won't believe me)? How did you stay positive?
I've already talked to Stepchange about it but was wondering how other people got on in this situation?
Thanks

They have to believe you, especially if you send them a copy of your benefit letter.
Good luck

Sounding very positive on the looking for work front with 3 interviews already sure something will work out soon, remember creditors cant take what you don't have, so it'll be DMP or nowt!
good luck with itDebt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.
