Self Management (Debt Management Plan)

Hello,

I found some of these letters online and wondered what people's experience of self managing debt had been?

e.g.

• Freezing interest
• Token payments
• reduced payments

I am dealing with the devil mind you, as it's all payday lenders, but I think I have grounds to complain on some of the issues that have arose, so if they don't go for it do you think complaining would help.... thoughts?
