PCN Ever go away??

Options
Hello, I received a PCN from V C S in June 2012. I was not driving the vehicle nor the owner as the vehicle was a works vehicle. I am now receiving threat letters from D R + over a year later! Crazy. Funny thing is the letter is on behalf of E x cel parking?? Ignored the 2 threat letters recently received. No longer at the employer and moved house since so don't know how they got the new address?? Unless someone from the old employer with an axe to grind found out and gave them it??

Waiting to see if there will be a court appearance.............

Any thoughts on this one please??

Send a complaint email to the BPA to say that EXCEL are harassing a keeper over a ticket that has no registered keeper liability, and which was in fact originally from a VCS car park you believe. Give the BPA the dates and details (but not the driver). Only the driver can be liable before POFA 2012 which was a year ago - and your case pre-dates that legislation and the driver has never been identified. Ask the BPA to investigate and call Excel off as this is harassment of the wrong party.

email and send copies of letters to:
