Twtter - You cannot follow anymore people at this time....

Sorry if this is already here.. done a quick search but could not find anything
Received a message on my "comp" twitter account today - said "Sorry you cannot follow anymore people at this time"... it says that once you reach 2000 people you are limited, and until you get more followers, this will not be raised. Not sure how many more followers are needed.
It does not block the usage of twitter just not allowing you to follow anyone else.
Not sure if anyone else has received this or how you get past it... My Twitter acct is @PKBadboy if anyone wanted to follow - I only use this account for comps....
Any other advise/comments feel free
