Nationwide debt settlement

Can anyone out there give me some advise on this one . I am currently in a debt management plan with step change . I owe around 30 grand to approx 8 creditors . Nationwide have a charge on my property until the debt is cleared . I have been receiving settlement offers from other creditors but never nationwide . Do you think I should approach them myself to negotiate a settlement

I think they would be unlikely to accept since the loan is secured on your property, they will get back the money in full eventually.0

No harm in asking, but I would suggest you say you will be given the money from a relative yo clear the debt. Otherwise they think you have money and may start hassling you.
I would put it in writing.:beer:0
