.....something else to go with it?
Not sure if tuna steak is good to go in a filo pastry parcel, any ideas appreciated.

Add sweetcorn or mushrooms to the tuna and moisten with a white sauce before putting into the filo pastry, serve with new potatoes and steamed broccoliBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I'm no great chef but you could make tuna tarts in filo pastry? Mix the tuna with the tomato as a base, flavour with chilli and lime. Serve with new potatoes and salad?0
