Well done Onit - Hope OR interview goes well.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

My paper work is on its way to the OR as we speak, and plently of it too!
Quite shocking really, MBNA's lust for waste of paper and their logo is a tree... all in the hands of my OR tomorrow and hopefully the call will be as simple as the court was *fingers crossed*0 -

Afternoon all
I'm thinking of bankruptcy but have heard so many scare stories that I just wondered if anyone thinks its worth it? I currently owe approx £30k and don't really have a hope in hell of paying it off unless I win the proverbial lotto. Admittedly, I've buried my head in the sand with my debt, and I've also been reasonably lucky in that I haven't had much hassle from creditors - crazy really as I'm not paying half of them anything. At present though I'm determined one way or another to sort this mess out - help please!
PS Whats an OR interview?0 -
