Help To Buy Income

Hello,

I've been reading up a lot of information on Help To Buy mortgages, and I have seen contradicting information regarding income checks for the scheme.

Can anyone inform me if I would still be checked for my incomeX3.5 on this scheme?

    Peoples circumstances differ. The days of fixed multiples of salary stopped some years back.

    There are no checks.

    As long as the income you declare on the PIF fits the 4.5x max and you're within 45% debt to household income ratio, you'll be fine.

    You have to prove your income to the lender, as usual.
