Final Contract for House

I have been carefully reading through the contract and all the associated paperwork for a house that I am buying.

It all seems pretty straight forward to me.

Is there anything I should particularly look for/check for?

Contract: check that your name is correct, as is the purchase price. The dates won't be inserted yet.

Other paperwork: look through the property information form and the fixtures / fittings forms to check there are no surprises there and nothing being taken which you'd assumed would be left. Have a look at the land registry plan to ensure it reflects the property's boundaries as you understand them to be. Your solicitor should give you an analysis of the results of the searches and other legal docs.
