Can CSA take what NRP owes me off what I pay them ?

So what will happen in a situation like the op has? Will the CSA go in hard on a female with DEO's, LO's etc, as they do with male non compliance? Personally, I'd give her the maintenance, minus what she should pay me (whilst saving the rest for the arrears that will accrue). She's just extracting the urine really!0 -
If arrears can be offset, then I would stop paying for the number of months that equals what the ex owes, then pay again....on and on so that arrears are always equal.0
