Got a refund from BA but not really....

Well they offered me a refund, but because of other charges im guessing admin charges i actually get nothing!! anyone else heard of such a thing?
being offered a refund but because of such a high admin fee to administer the refund it ends up swallowing the value of the refund.
I think i was going to get £50 refund but the admin charge was £60, im surprised they weren't going to charge me a tenner lol
Should i continue complaining?
