PRIZES
4.1 One (1) winner will receive the prize. The prize comprises:
• All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win: 1 x 2-night stay for up to 2 adults and 2 children at Princes Street Suites Edinburgh; 2 x adult 2-day Edinburgh Pass and 2 x child 2-day Edinburgh Pass
4.2 The prize is subject to availability and must be taken by 31 May 2014. Black out dates apply.
4.3 The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and non refundable. No cash or other alternative is available (in whole or in part), except that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.
4.5 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is their parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
