Hi everyone !
I've just been getting back into running again to improve my health and I was told to have some form of oats fruit before exercise, anyway I tried these bars, 9bar and saw they had an offer on at the moment for halloween, thought I would share for anyone else who may be interested, it is for the pumpkin bars, they are also gluten and wheat free (if that helps you) not tried them before but could be very handy! Just enter SPOOKY20 at checkout for pumpkin bars. don't think I can post a link to site, but if you google 9bar should be able to find them!
