I work as a Price Controller at Sainsburys so I got to see tomorrow's price changes when I printed them off today ready for my colleague to put out tomorrow
Halloween sweets will go down to 10p each tomorrow (Tues 5th November), including all the Kipling Halloween cake bars, Screme eggs and other Halloween themed sweets mentioned earlier in this thread! :j
Thanks, I knew my sainsburys was sold out of stuff but popped into the petrol station as I was passing today and got some 10p treats -
Scream eggs, milky bar ghosts and cadburys spiders0 -
Waitrose in Bedford today had 75% off all Halloween stuff.0

I bought some of the sweets in Sainsbury's yesterday when they were 18 pence and the jaffa cakes for 30 pence & there were loads there - popped in today & all gone! No cakes or crisps anywhere either. (Peterborough Oxney Road) The other Halloween bits such as balloons, spinners, cuddly frankenstein monsters are still 70% off. Was really pleased though as found one of the Lego Skeleton heads with all the Christmas lego bits which I didn't notice yesterday.
Tesco have reduced the cakes bars, muffins etc to half price so not as good a reduction as Sainsbury's - half price (so mainly around the 50pence mark).0 -
