I got that email, I replied to say that was not valid reason as I ordered it for store pickup. No despatch required so contract should still be in force..... Here's hoping, worth a go eh?

Had two emails from currys, one saying not available for home delivery and another saying cancelled due to price being incorrect due to circumstances beyond their control. Have emailed a complaint to them and asked how it was beyond their control! Don't have any hope though.

I ordered this too, delivery to store. Which I picked up yesterday. Ipad air 32gb for £241, plus £20 voucher. One happy girl:-)))

Ordered one of these at 745 on the 1st November. Thought it was a real deal as it said web exclusive. They took money off card and around 4.30 received an email saying cancelled as others have.
When you get through to Curry's for a clear explanation they are so rude, even after asking to speak to a manager whose name was Steven you get nowhere. He was probably the rudest guy I have ever come across and it is no wonder the staff are the same if that is the way the manager acts.
Curry's have the worst customer service in their sector ye but I truly believe in karma and one day the Dixon group will get what it deserves.
