Confusing Terms and Conditions

Hi all,
I'm slightly confused by the Absolute radio terms and conditions for comps- I've messaged them twice on two different platforms but they haven't replied. Their terms and conditions state:
"Only one entry per person is permitted, unless otherwise stated. Automated entries will be invalidated, including multiple entries from the same IP or telephone number range."
This to me, gives two different messages 1) Each person can enter once regardless of household etc. 2) Only one entry per IP which would make one entry per household or device at least. I can't fathom this so can anybody help out? I have a feeling me and my partner we not entered in to the 123 comp from the word go!

I think the multiple IP address refers to those people who enter for you.
I.e a 3rd party who will fill in the form, which is not allowed.
As for the comp? I'd stick to only doing one per household.December Wins: £300 worth of board games, £500 Tesco Vouchers Best Win in 2023: £500 Tesco Vouchers0 -
i only do one per household for them not worth being disqualifed overWhat goes around-comes around0

Thank you both. I still haven't recieved a reply from them which is frustrating as if it was one per entry, it would be fine as we both pay two different bills but one per IP is completely different!0

A person can only enter once and an ip address can only be used once, so if people share an ip address only one of them can enter from it and if someone has multiple ip addresses they can still only enter once.0
