Do I count as an FTB?

Hi-
I used to own a property, but I have now sold my home and am currently renting (I moved cities to start a new job and didn't find anything suitable to buy whilst I was selling). I'm looking to buy again next year.
For the purposes of taking out a new mortgage in the future, do I count as a First Time Buyer?
Ta!
