From main board to GO

Options
Looking for some clarification on this.

There were two comps posted this morning.

One is this: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/63624763#Comment_63624763

Still on the main board (at the time of writing this), with no end date.

This one: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/63626919#Comment_63626919

Was posted also without end date, also posted this morning yet has fallen into GO (and this happened quickly).
The OP of this post has now added the correct end date.

So my question is - why did one wrongly posted comp move to GO and the other didn't? And why did the one now in GO move so fast when it was obvious at the time that the OP was making the amendments?

GO is the correct place for them if there is no end-date so presumably the first comp just hasn't been caught up with yet.

How was it moved when there were no BGs on the board at the time?

I assume "expired" is used by enough people to move it

I am taking a zero approach to people that post no end dates at all they go straight to GO i mean how hard is it to see that all the other comps or nearly all if they are done correctly are not posted like that.I edit the ones that have say xx/xx and no E: or E:xx/xx(no space) but sooner or later i'm gonna start moving them too;)

I'd spent quite a while explaining to the OP how to edit the title. Bloody rude if people just kept clicking expired without giving her (and me!) a chance!!

    Sorry ... slightly fuming ...

    Thanks for the quote :)
