Whats the guideline on buying Car with CAT-C Status. How much undervalued are they from Cars with clean status.

Hard to say.
It depends on the car, age, the price of the car and the price of comparable cars without the cat C marker.. when was it a cat C? has it already been repaired and had its VIC check?
best place for answers and info, would be the motoring section though rather than shopping.0
