    Yes, you will miss stuff like the GFC but you will also miss stuff like the 20% rise in stock markets this year and the latter happen much more often than the former.

    The only way to look at life as far as I'm concerned.

    If someone has a genuine belief that tomorrow and the day after will be worse than today they'd be better off trying to do something about it. Getting a cheaper house in a failing economy will only provide temporary satisfaction.
