1. The Promotion will start at 00.01 on 25/10/2013 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is midnight on 15/11/2013.

Winner

1. There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on 20/11/2013. The winner(s) will be notified by the Promoter by email within one week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
2. The prize is an exclusive night in London, which includes: dinner for 2 at one of the following restaurants (Gordon Ramsay at Claridges, Petrus or Joel Robuchon) to a maximum value of £200 in total; 1 night’s stay for 2 (one double/twin room only) at either the Dorchester, Ritz or Hilton on Hyde Park – room only, entry for 2 to top London night club Mahiki plus chauffeur driven car to and from the club, £250 to spend in designer men’s clothing store, Paul Smith.
3. Travel to and from London is not provided and is the responsibility of the winner.
4. The prize is unavailable from 1 Dec 2013 to 10 Jan 2014 and the winner must select a date a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
5. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
6. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter.
