Adverse credit mortages NI

Hi, been reading these forums for a while but hope you guys can answer a question for me (at least one anyway!).
Are any of you aware of an adverse credit lender who will consider mortgages in Northern Ireland? I've called round a few for information (such as precise) and they do not operate here.
I'm in a reasonably strong financial position now, but unfortunately wasn't always the case. Had a few defaults, a ccj and unfortunate use of pay day loans. However all cleared as of march/april this year and recent large pay rises and a large sum of money from a relatives will have all helped.
Am tentatively looking at purchasing my own place at some point in the next couple of years but obviously prior financial distress is going to be an issue for some time.
