The citizencard usually costs £9 but courtesy of Glastonbury you can get it for free, great for Glastonbury, but also for proof of age, passport alternative with some airlines, Home office approved. Anyone can apply, any age but under 16@s will need parental consent.

I was under the impression that anyone could have one as they started it so that people who bought tickets for Glastonbury would have no excuse for not taking idetification! It still doesn't say anything on the form about only being for Glastonbury residents so I think it's still for everyone! I stand to be corrected but I don't think it matters where you live!0 -
these r for anywhere in the uk i sent of 4 mine but it takes over a month unless u pay £15 but its worth the wait if u r under 18 they need to contact parents and school.0
