Banks Mortgage Intermediary Websites and the criteria information

Maybe a bit of clarity for those in the know.
I always see a lot of questions regarding different bank criteria when looking at mortgages. The credit part is difficult and is obviously not advertised but there seems to be a lot of information for those looking for it.
Listed Halifax one below but most banks have one if you search bank mortgage and intermediary. Maybe some advisors can confirm whether these are useful or not for people looking for a mortgage
You'll also find calculators a bit more detailed. Santander has a help to buy option in its calculator
