Thought I'd switched & fixed - heard nothing!
Help! I used Uswitch via MSE website to fix my energy for 4 years a couple of weeks ago now (was actually the night before my current supplier NPower announced big price hikes) but have since heard nothing. Can't even find an email confirming id done it. Vaguely remember reading some ts & cs suggesting I'd have new contract within a week / cooling off period of 2 weeks etc... But as I said, heard nothing. No idea what to do now? Call N Power? New fix is also with N Power but surely there would be a letter acknowledging change of contract?

Hi, why use Uswitch to change your tariff with the same supplier.....all you needed to do was ring Npower up and ask......you don't get cash back if you stay with the same supplier.
WhenI tried switching to Npower I did get any written confirmation until after 6 weeks !!0 -
Didn't know N Power were going to give me the best deal when I used U switch.
Never mind, I'll try ringing them0
