Do not accept any settlement that's not reasonable. In fact I would go for employment tribunal and try to get 6+ months worth of wages on top of anything owed.0 -
At the end of the day he's the boss, paid good money for the firm you work for and naturally want his daughter in your job. I would also want you out, sorry.
This is just an example of privilege afforded by money.
They obviously built up a business brand successful enough to buy another, it's just a real shame there aren't more people doing this then there would be more jobs to go round.
But if course, no - most people on here only want to be spoon fed without any risks of losing jobs or income.0
