Which lenders are most flexible on affordability.
On the Woolwich calculator on the intermediaries site, we are well within the range - about £1000 per month over where we need to be assuming a high credit score.
This is why I ask about the missed payment because will that knock us into a low score category so far as Woolwich are concerned?0
