I purchased the promotional packs a while back, sent off my till receipts etc and have recieved a letter today from unilever to say that they will not send me the £5 voucher as the till reciepts did not put the special offer words on the receipts - so because of Asda's incompetence (not the first time) I have lost out...
Off to complain to head office!

Funnily enough, the last packs I bought didn't say "George Flora" on the receipts either. They better not try it on...

RESULT
I telephoned the Asda Leeds head office and was told by a lady in customer services (complaints dept) that there has been a lot of confusion between Unilever and Asda stores over this offer and they apologised. My details were taken, will be passed to marketing so that they have a record of the error and a £5 asda voucher will be sent to me today.
I am not a serial complainer but whenever I have a problem with my local Asda store I do get on to the Leeds head office and they are normally very helpful. So ell done Asda - and boo to the very unhelpful Unilever staff!
