Unused Sausage Plait Filling - what to do?

Hi all
Inspired by you, I made a sausage and stuffing plait yesterday with some frozen sausages that weren't going to get eaten any other way. I only used about half of the sausage and stuffing mixture though, and wondered what I could do with it? I can't refreeze it, as the sausages were frozen, and then thawed and this half of the mixture hasn't been cooked.
Please don't suggest another sausage plait, we still have two thirds of last night's left!
Thanks in anticipation.

I would probably either shape into burgers, adding some spice and maybe tomato or some frozen vegetables to make a change from the sausage plait you just ate.
Or
Roll up into sausage balls to have with pasta and tomato sauce.
Hope that helpsLove and compassion to all x0 -
if the sausages were uncooked before being frozen, you can re-freeze it if you cook the mix. I would make meatballs, patties or scotch eggs.0

you can still form sausage shapes with them and fry and serve for brekkie. just flour your hands and form the sausages and fry as normal. the outsides will have a lovely crispy coating.0
